Meet Jason
Jason serves as Chief Risk Officer and Head of Quantitative Strategy. Prior to joining Strategic, he worked in various capacities at AEGON Institutional Markets, Inc. as Director, Risk Management. Jason began working at AEGON in 2004, and focused on municipal reinvestments and medium term notes, valuation, structured products and, most recently, liquidity and collateral management. Prior to AEGON, Jason worked at Jefferson-Pilot Life Insurance Company in annuity product development.
He holds an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University and a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Jason is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Washington, D.C.
