Kenneth I. Grossfield, CFA

Managing Director

Mr. Grossfield oversees Strategic's legal affairs and provides advice and assistance in structuring investments and new business ventures. He also serves as the primary contact for Strategic’s manager incubation programs. Mr. Grossfield is Secretary and member of Strategic’s Board of Managers and the Executive Committee, and member of the Operating Committee. Prior to joining Strategic, he was an Associate at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York. He has been admitted to the legal bars of New York and the District of Columbia. Mr. Grossfield holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. Mr. Grossfield is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Washington D.C. He has completed the Series 65 and Series 3 securities examinations.
